Service description: Moonbird is an AI-powered fact-checking tool. Results are generated using AI and should be independently verified for critical decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of fact-check results.

Free tier: Free accounts receive a limited number of searches. Once exhausted, an upgrade to Pro is required for continued use.

Pro subscription: The Pro plan is billed monthly at $20/month via Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use: You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use automated tools to scrape or overload the service.

Limitation of liability: Moonbird is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based on fact-check results.

Changes: We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
