Data we collect: When you create an account, we store your email address and (if applicable) a hashed version of your password. We also store your search queries and generated reports so you can access them later. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.

How we use your data: Your email is used for account authentication and billing communications. Search queries are processed through the Perplexity API to generate fact-checking results. We do not sell your personal data.

Third-party services: We use Lemon Squeezy for payment processing (if you upgrade to Pro), Google OAuth for optional sign-in, and the Perplexity API for search and fact-checking.

Data retention: Your account data is retained as long as your account exists. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
